The website user excepts that Cruise Factory works continuously to ensure the accuracy of the data on the site, we do not accept responsibility for any inaccuracies on the site users must check all cruise details with the relevant cruise line body before confirming any booking. Travel Agents must confirm all details as correct in or with their cruise line booking partner before confirming to clients or making other bookings for the client that are dependent on the cruise details.

Pricing and Schedules

The website user accepts that information on this Web Site has been obtained from the Cruise Companies represented. However, the cruise industry is constantly changing and should be used as a guide only. We are unable to take responsibility for incorrect information and the user must confirm all details at the time of booking.

Prices on this site are based on daily rate of exchange and subject to change or re-costing at the time of booking. Deposited bookings are subject to re-costing at time of final payment due. Bookings can be paid in full and therefore the costings protected at any time in the event of currency exchange variation.

The website user accepts that Cruise Factory is an online Cruise Marketing data service and does not sell or broker cruises, as such the booking conditions, the payment conditions & the cancellation conditions of the this website and the product display here with n are those of the; Travel Agent, The Cruise Wholesaler, The Cruise Line GSA, The Cruise Line, The relevant Government body and the Domain Owner. it is the customers and Travel Agents responsibility to check and comply with these local requirement.
